*Update 06/28/26 (Finally found the manager on duty to explain the incident. Though it took a while & with some doubts, she kindly helped resolve the issues.). On 06/19/26, 21:00-21:30 we didn't get to eat shave ice in location because they close at 22:00, so we took home to enjoy since they packed in take out containers. Disappointed that there's not enough ice & the ice melted too fast; also we found out after opening packages, missing important ingredients/toppings: Fresh taros, bobas, coconut shreds & extra bobas (paid extra $ for). We phoned the store right away, before 22:00 but phone number listed was invalid🤔🤨🙄 Customer service center has not responded to messages. Went to visit a few days ago & the lead could not help.

I can only say top notch, Smooth desert flavors Unique experience While the large mix and variety Can be overwhelming I suggest to read the menu ahead To get your lrder quicker... I visited several times mostly on weekends, sometimes busy, sometimes mellow.. But every time the staff was very diligent , hard working and got our items prepped fresh . I would love to own and run one of these sometimes

My husband and I were really excited to try this place, but unfortunately left feeling very underwhelmed and disappointed. When we arrived, the location was very busy and we thought that would be a good sign. Upon entering there is signage stating that this is a cashless and kiosk only café. Once we got to the kiosk the menu was extremely confusing. It took us more than five minutes to figure out where the drinks were located and what drinks we even wanted to order by the time I had found my drink, which was a iced matcha latte and a fresh milk tea with Taro. After we placed our order, we went to find seating until it was time to pick up. table that we were sitting at was not clean. In fact we ended up moving to the seating near the window instead, because it was not sanitary to sit. We did happen to come on the weekend and the inside of the café is not very large, which is fine, but the seating was very limited. It was also very stuffy. I would assume that considering how small their seating is that there would be at least some type of air-conditioning or even have the door open to let in some type of airflow.We ended up waiting at least 25 minutes for order to be called and by th

This is the Cerritos outlet of the Taiwanese tea and desert shop chain Meet Fresh. There are quite of bit of seating inside which is different than those milk tea shops with little or no seats. They offer shaved ice treats with various Asian style toppings, milk teas and flavored waffles. This chain has been operating for many years and have tasty Taiwanese desert offerings.

We came here for our first visit! Didn't know it has 800+ worldwide location. The decor was nice and clean. Lots of customers and were busy. There's a QR code for you to order in advance, in case there's a long line to order. Kinda of disappointed that we ordered two Original Egg Waffles that took way way too long!!!! I am not sure what went wrong, but we still enjoy it(lucky we weren't in a rush to go anywhere).
